Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.petwagshop.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees added at checkout.

How long delivery takes

Total delivery time is handling time plus transit time. Orders are shipped only after payment is confirmed.

  • Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day usually begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or another reliable U.S. carrier, depending on your delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it until it arrives. You can also track it from the Track Your Order page on our website.

Changing your shipping address

We can update your delivery address only before the order ships. If you need to change it, email contact@petwagshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in transit, the address can no longer be changed.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address you provided was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the cost of reshipping. We are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot find it, check around your property and with anyone who may have received it, then contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages that the carrier marks as delivered and are then lost or stolen. If your package is genuinely lost in transit before delivery, contact us at contact@petwagshop.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped, please see our Refund and Return Policy.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged, refuse it at delivery when possible and contact us. If it was left while you were away, email contact@petwagshop.com and we will help you with the next steps.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order seems stuck, contact us and we will look into it with you.
